Beth Blatt

BIO
Beth’s award-winning work has been performed at Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, the UN, in New York City, across the US, and in Asia and Europe. She has earned awards and grants from the New York Musical Festival (NYMF), the National Art Song competition, 2nd Stage, the O’Neill Theatre Center, the Dramatists’ Guild and the Jonathan Larson Foundation. Her musical The Mistress Cycle has been produced in New York, London, twice in Chicago and DC. She has received commissions from The Village Theatre and TheatreWorks USA.
Beth is also the founder of Hope Sings, the for-benefit music business whose mission is to harness the power of song and true, inspiring story to support women. Notable projects include the anthem for UN Women, the first-ever anthem for a UN agency, which she produced and for which she wrote the lyric.
